"Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"
So what is beauty? Does beauty really matter? What about the inner beauty? Then to what extent does the outer beauty blinds the inner beauty?
Personally i strongly believe that beauty is not something that comes from the physical appearance. Physical attractiveness are deception as what actually matters is the nature of a person. It cant denied that beautiful or good-looking people are more appealing. But we can have a reliable relationship and long lasting trust only on the personalities of people. Physical appearance of a person might fade as years pass on, but their characters do not.
After all love is really blind when it comes to physical flaws. Research suggest that we view our loved ones through rose-tinted glasses that we overlook the crooked noses, bulging tummies or other attributes that might put others off (#coffeepasta). As a result, couples think their other halves are more attractive than they really are. Just look at Beyonce and Jay- Z who are apparently physically mis-matched couple.
At the end, only when we know what real beauty is, we will understand what we see in the outside is just a temporally projection. What matters is the character inside.A friend of mine once told me that she prefers to be with someone who she can talk to rather than a handsome men whom she cannot share her feelings with. It is true then, that "Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder"
Smart friend you have there. Beyonce and Jay-Z though hahaha
